Halloween voice effects

Record or upload. Pick a mood. Download.

Is my voice uploaded anywhere?: No. Recording, effects and the WAV file are all processed in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I use it for prank calls or to imitate someone?: These are playful creature effects for videos, parties and games. Don't use them to deceive or harass people.
Does this make Halloween music?: No — this page only changes voices. For an instrumental Halloween track at an exact length, use the Halloween music page.
